Having experienced motherhood for the first time, I knew that I would be taking a journey that I would never forget. God has put some amazing people in my life like the women from the Pregnancy Resource Center. One of those amazing people was Kim Eason from the PRC team. Jordan’s Story: Finding Comfort & Hope During an Unplanned Pregnancy

My name is Jordan Thompson. I’m 18 years old and when I found out I was pregnant, I was a senior in high school. I was lost, confused and at a loss for words. I was so scared of being stereotyped as “another pregnant teenager.” Making the decision to go and get help from them was the best decision I have made.

Thoughts of a Birthmother: Kiara’s Adoption Story

Birthmother Kiara found out she was pregnant when she was a senior in high school. She was six months along and her boyfriend wasn’t in the picture anymore.
“I was really scared, I was nervous. I couldn’t financially take care of a child on my own. My parents were supportive but they couldn’t financially take care of another child either,” she said.
